Dive into daily reflection practices and how to embed critical reflection into your routines and team meetings. Explore how reflection can be a leadership tool, not just a checklist item.

Understand the vital role of Educational Leaders and how all educators can support this leadership through collaboration, dialogue, and shared practice frameworks.

Discover the power of open-ended materials, loose parts, and imaginative spaces. Explore how to support children’s creativity and expression in everyday environments.

Explore the why and how of outdoor play and its developmental benefits. Learn how to incorporate natural materials and outdoor experiences—even in urban or small settings.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Connecting Curriculum to Outdoor Environments
Learn how to link outdoor and nature-based play with learning outcomes and curriculum goals, with real-world documentation examples.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Cultural Respect and Inclusion in Nature Play
Explore culturally responsive approaches to outdoor learning. This session highlights respectful integration of Indigenous and multicultural perspectives into nature-based learning.

Understand the foundations of trust, connection, and emotional safety in early learning. Gain practical strategies to support attachment and responsive caregiving.

Shift from "managing behaviour" to building relationships. Learn how to interpret behaviour as communication and guide children using empathy, structure, and consistency.
