This uplifting session invites early childhood professionals to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with themselves and with one another.
Through the lens of mindfulness and positive psychology, we’ll explore realistic, restorative ways to manage stress, reduce burnout, and strengthen emotional wellbeing. Most importantly, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and connected with others who truly get it.
Whether you’re joining solo or with your team, come as you are—with a glass of wine, a cup of tea, and a readiness to refill your cup.
