Nature and Wellbeing Retreat
Thursday September 12th - Sunday Sept 15th, 2024.
Nature Play, Children’s wellbeing, Educators wellbeing, circle of security and attachment theory, and supporting relationships with children.
Staying at the 4* accommodation at The Kooralbyn Valley emersed in nature for 3 x nights
Thursday – arrive at Gold Coast Airport (air/public transport/car drop off) for pick up at 4:00pm. Information on exact location where to
meet will be posted closer to the date.
Arrive to hotel by 5:00pm for check in. Check in commences at 3:00pm
Thursday – check-in hotel at 5:00pm.
Welcome drink and ‘Getting to know you’ at 6:00pm.

Morning yoga at 7:00am

9:00am Meet on front lawn for practical Nature Play
10:30am – Morning Tea
10:30am – 12:00pm – Nature play
12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm – 3:00pm – Supporting Children’s Wellbeing
3:30pm – 5:00pm – Supporting Educator’s Wellbeing (Afternoon Tea included)
5:00pm – 6:30pm – Free time – choose from one of the optional activities, relax by the pool, or relax on your patio.
6:30pm – 7:30pm – Dinner (1 x glass of wine is included)

7:00am Yoga
8:00am - Buffet breakfast
9:00am – 12:00pm Circle of Security – Attachment theory (Morning tea is included).
12:00pm 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm – 4:30pm Supporting Relationships with Children (Afternoon Tea is included)
4:30pm – 6:00pm – Free time – choose from one of the optional activities, relax by the pool, or relax on your patio.
6:00pm – 7:00pm – Wine tasting
Dinner – 7:00pm – 8:00pm

7:00am Yoga

10:00am Check-out
11:00am Return to Gold Coast Airport (Please book flights for after 2pm Sunday afternoon).
