  2. June: How do we currently manage stress in our workplace? What are some practices we can introduce to promote educator well-being regularly?
  3. July: Which play-based learning activities have been most effective in your classroom? How can we incorporate more sensory play into our daily routines?
  4. August: What has been the most challenging part of documentation for you? How can we improve our assessment process to better reflect children’s progress?
  5. September: What are the key challenges you face when collaborating with colleagues? How can we strengthen our team communication and resolve conflicts more effectively?
  6. October: What strategies have you found successful in helping children regulate their emotions? How can we better support children who struggle with emotional development?
  7. November: What do you feel most proud of this year in terms of student progress? How can we use our reflections to improve our teaching practices for the upcoming year?
