Overview
This 2-hour online professional learning experience explores how belonging, children’s voice, and everyday practice shape high-quality early childhood environments.
Grounded in relational pedagogy, ecological psychology, attachment theory, and the National Quality Framework (NQF), this session supports educators and leaders to move beyond compliance thinking and into intentional, responsive, and deeply respectful practice.
Participants will reflect on how children experience belonging, how their voices are recognised in real decision-making, and how everyday routines, environments, and relationships either support or limit children’s agency, wellbeing, and identity.
The session blends reflection, real-world practice examples, and practical shifts that can be implemented immediately in early childhood settings.
