The 53-Week Exceeding Program is a full-year professional learning journey designed to embed high-quality practice across every area of the NQS. The final leadership block strengthens evidence, audits, documentation, and team culture. Every single week includes a short training video, a children’s voice action, a family communication action, and a team culture reflection task, ensuring consistent, meaningful practice across the year. This is a complete, holistic roadmap that supports services to confidently embed exceeding practice in everyday routines, relationships, environments, and leadership.
