2-Hour Professional Development Workshop
Overview
This uplifting and empowering professional development workshop supports early childhood educators to move beyond simply managing the demands of their role and towards building confidence, wellbeing, motivation, and meaningful workplace connections. Through positive psychology, reflective practice, and practical strategies, participants will strengthen resilience, enhance team culture, and reconnect with the passion, purpose, and joy that inspired them to work in early childhood education.
What Early Childhood Teams Will Learn:
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognise their strengths and unique contributions to the workplace
- Understand the importance of self-worth and confidence in professional practice
- Increase motivation and engagement at work
