Join us for a dynamic one-day online professional development experience designed to reignite passion in early childhood education. This interactive day explores educator wellbeing, children’s behaviour guidance, and the importance of nurturing positive relationships. With a strong focus on the National Quality Framework, deep dive into Quality Area 1 (Educational Program and Practice) and Quality Area 5 (Relationships with Children), educators will engage in meaningful discussions and critical reflection. Practical strategies, real-world examples, and collaborative dialogue will support educators to enhance their practice, prioritise wellbeing, and strengthen connections with children in early learning environments.
What Early Childhood Educators Will Learn:
