2-Hour Module Breakdown
Module 1: Stepping into Leadership
Understanding your role as a centre manager—balancing leadership, compliance, and culture.
Exploring NQS Element 7.2.2 and how to effectively support your Educational Leader.
Module 2: Leading Program & Practice
How to ensure programs are child-centred, inclusive, and intentional.
Supporting educators with planning, documentation, and linking practice to EYLF outcomes.
Module 3: Building a Reflective Team Culture
Leading critical reflection, mentoring educators, and facilitating meaningful team discussions.
Using questioning, feedback, and coaching to drive growth and confidence.
Module 4: Families, Systems, Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Supporting Families in their role as children's first teacher.
Setting SMART goals, running effective meetings, and aligning practices with the NQF and Quality Areas 1, 4, and 7.
