Reflect & Reconnect: 52 Weeks of Growth, Collaboration, and Critical Reflection
Overview:
Reflect & Reconnect is a year-long professional learning experience designed to bring joy, curiosity, and reflection into everyday practice. Through 52 weeks of bite-sized, 30-minute games and activities, educators explore the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and children’s learning and development in playful, meaningful ways — right from their own early learning centre.
Each week, educators participate in a short, engaging session that encourages teamwork, builds professional knowledge, and nurtures a culture of critical reflection. Whether it’s during a lunch break, a team meeting, or a Friday afternoon reset, Reflect & Reconnect transforms routine moments into opportunities for growth and laughter.
