Format - Online In-Person viz ZOOM - AND Recorded Session sent to team
- One Tuesday per month - Last Tuesday of each month.
- Commences 27th January 2026
- Three Sessions on the Tuesday to adhere to different Time Zones (Attend 1 x Sessions)
- Time: 6:00–7:30pm - Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania.
- 5:30pm - 7:00pm - OR 7:00pm - 8:30pm South Australia, Northern Territory (Team can be split between two sessions)
- 6:30pm - 8:00pm - Queensland
- 6:00pm - 7:30pm - Western Australia
- Participants: Individual educators or whole teams
- Includes: Training session, collaborative activity, workbook exercises, critical reflection, and end-of-session certificate
Overview: 12-Month Educator Membership 2026
This year-long professional learning membership is designed for early childhood educators — individually or as teams — to enhance practice, build collaboration, and strengthen reflective skills.
- Format: One 90-minute session per month, Tuesday evenings, 6:00–7:30pm
- Mode: Onsite, with practical exercises, team discussion, and collaborative activities
- Resources: Each session includes a workbook, critical reflection prompts, and a certificate of completion
- Focus: Training, interaction, and professional growth linked to EYLF, NQF, and children’s development
- Flexibility: Designed to suit individual educators or full teams, supporting workplace learning and collaboration
What Early Childhood Educators Will Learn
Throughout the 12 months, participants will:
- Reflect critically on their practice and make connections to the EYLF principles, practices, and outcomes
- Apply knowledge of child development including theorists, developmental milestones, and learning domains
- Support positive behaviour using strategies that promote self-regulation, agency, and social-emotional development
- Enhance inclusion and diversity practices, including supporting children with additional needs and reflecting cultural competence
- Plan and implement intentional teaching strategies aligned to curriculum goals and learning outcomes
- Design and optimise learning environments including indoor, outdoor, and nature-based spaces
- Build stronger connections with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
- Document and assess children’s learning effectively, linking evidence to QA standards
- Work collaboratively in teams to problem-solve, share ideas, and implement best practices
- Reflect on wellbeing and team culture, fostering a positive, resilient, and reflective workplace
- Celebrate and track professional growth with certificates and reflective workbooks each month
