Guiding Children's BehaviourGrounded in developmental theory and emotional regulation, this focuses on understanding behaviour as communication. Educators learn to respond rather than react, using co-regulation, connection, and consistent boundaries. The approach moves away from punishment and towards teaching skills such as emotional literacy, self-regulation, and problem-solving.

Active SupervisionSupervision is explored as both a safety requirement and a relational practice. Educators develop skills in active supervision, risk assessment, and maintaining awareness of children at all times, while still engaging meaningfully in play and interactions. It emphasises balancing safety with quality interactions

It covers identifying and responding to diverse developmental, behavioural, and learning needs, collaborating with families and specialists, and adapting environments and teaching strategies. The focus is on equity, belonging, and strengths-based support.

Supporting Educators WellbeingThis courses focuses on creating sustainable, healthy educators who feel valued, regulated, and supported. It explores stress management, emotional resilience, and workplace culture, recognising that educator wellbeing directly impacts children’s wellbeing and learning. Emphasis is placed on reflective practice, boundaries, team connection, and leadership responsibility in fostering psychologically safe environments.

Attachment in PracticeThis course explores attachment theory and its practical application in early childhood settings. Educators will deepen their understanding of how secure relationships shape brain development, behaviour, emotional regulation, and lifelong wellbeing. The day focuses on translating theory into everyday practice.

Igniting Passionate EducatorsThis course is about reconnecting educators with their “why.” It draws on intrinsic motivation, professional identity, and joy in teaching. Educators are supported to move beyond compliance and into inspired practice—bringing creativity, curiosity, and energy into their work with children. It also explores strengths-based approaches and recognising the impact educators have on lifelong outcomes.
