Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Ceremony
Location: Tenerife Healing Garden, Mandala de Masca, or similar venue
Focus: Arrival, connection, and grounding
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Arrival and Check-in
Participants arrive, check into rooms, and settle in.
Welcome drinks (herbal tea, fresh juice) served on arrival.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Welcome Ceremony and Introduction to the Retreat Schedule
Overview of the retreat’s goals and structure.
Introduction of facilitators and participants.
Setting intentions and creating a safe, open space for the retreat.
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Cocktail Connection – "Discussing Our Why"
A relaxed, informal cocktail hour with light, non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails.
Participants gather to discuss their motivations and personal “why” for being part of this retreat and the field of education.
Reflection on personal values, passions, and the drive to support children’s well-being and growth.
Facilitators guide a group discussion on aligning professional work with personal purpose.
5:30 PM – 6:15 PM: Evening Meditation Session
​A guided meditation to center and ground the group.
Focus on deep breathing and body awareness.
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner
Light, nourishing meal: Seasonal, locally sourced cuisine like vegetable stews, roasted grains, and fresh fruits.
Emphasis on mindful eating.
7:30 PM onwards: Rest and Free Time
Personal relaxation time, journaling, or light nature walks. Optional informal socialising or quiet reflection.

Day 2: Rest & Relaxation Day
Focus: Unwinding, personal rejuvenation, and connection with nature
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
Light breakfast: Fresh fruits, granola, and herbal teas.
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Gentle Morning Yoga Session
A gentle flow yoga practice to release tension and ground participants.
Focus on breathwork, deep stretching, and cultivating mindfulness.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Rest & Rejuvenate in Nature
A peaceful 2-hour nature immersion session.
Participants can enjoy individual time in nature, such as guided walks through tranquil areas or finding a quiet spot for relaxation.
Suggested activities include mindfulness walking, sitting by a stream, or simply absorbing the sounds and sights of the natural environment.
Optional: Relax by the pool or at the beach, engaging in quiet reflection, sunbathing, or meditative breathing.
