Overview of my 5-day in-centre support for Centre Managers, and their teams, to help guide and support them to Meet and Exceed the National Quality Framework. Services Provided:
• 5-day in-centre visit
• Improve Quality within the Centre
• Support the Centre Manager and their team to reach ‘Meeting or Exceeding in the National Quality Framework’
• Build Relationships with children • Support the Centre Manager with tours and building occupancy
• Building Centre management and team confidence in implementing the National Quality Framework
• Hands-on guidance, support, and training for the Centre Manager and team
• Guidance in implementation of current Quality Improvement Plan
• Social Media analysis
• Mock 2-day Assessment and Rating
• ‘Program and Practice’ and ‘Guiding Children’s Behaviour’ course for all Educators - normally $490 / course for the team
• ‘Preparing for Assessment and Rating’ course, - normally $490 for the team
‘• Being a Centre Manager – Governance and Leadership’ course for your Centre Manager - normally $99
• ‘Being an Educational Leader’ course for your Educational Leader - Ebony - normally $99,
• 2-hour Wednesday evening Educator Meeting (discussions with Montana with topics to cover during the Tuesday)
• 2 x 1 hour Zoom meetings after visit follow-up
