Overview:
“Igniting Passion, Purpose, & Practice” is a transformative full-day professional development experience designed to reignite the heart of early childhood education. This immersive, interactive online event brings together evidence-based theory, practical strategies, and personal reflection to help educators rediscover their purpose, strengthen their practice, and reconnect with their passion for teaching and learning.
Through seven inspiring sessions, participants will journey through key areas of the National Quality Framework (NQF) — exploring attachment, wellbeing, play, inclusion, critical reflection, and documentation — while reigniting their personal sense of joy, connection, and professional identity.
The day culminates with a Sparkle Wrap-Up & Virtual Cocktail Connection, celebrating the educators who nurture Australia’s youngest learners — followed by an optional Wine & Wellness session to close the day in calm reflection and self-care.
