2. All DEPOSITS are non-refundable
3. All trips are in Australian Dollars
4. Remaining total is due 60 day prior to departure. If remaining total is not received within the 60 days, your position will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
5. Hotel STAR rating are based on the hotel's STAR Rating.
Occasionally, a new hotel may need to be chosen, due to the unforeseen circumstances- a hotel within the same STAR rating and price bracket will be chosen.
6. During trips, weather may not be ideal.
7. All excursions will continue to go ahead unless the tour operator calls the excursion off due to safety of the guests. A different activity may be chosen with consultation with the guests.
8. For the comfort of our guests, all trips are non-smoking - this includes vaping, marijuana, cigarette, and cigar smoking.
9. There may be an additional deposit required at the hotel for dog-friendly accommodation and trips, this will be stated in the trip, but also may be subject to change at the hotels' discretion.
10. All hotel accommodation will be booked under each individual guest's name. Each room will require the credit-card of the guest who is staying in the room. There may be a refundable damage deposit required.
11. Single rooms - maximum one guests
12. Passport and associated visas are required for all international trips and the guests' responsibility. A minimum of 7 months validity on your passport is required for travel.
13. All flights are the responsibility of the guests, unless explicitly stated. If you are unsure of the airport required, please email [email protected]
14. Travel Insurance is strongly advised.
15. If full payment is not received by the due date, your trip will be cancelled, and your DEPOSIT will be deemed null and void.
16. Due to limited motor coach capacity, each guests can have:
1 x checked suitcase, 1 x carry-one; a backpack/hand-bag that can be stored under the seat in front of you.
17. All tours require guests to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Please check the country requirements for Covid-19 requirements.
18. Conference payment plans are due 1 x month before the commencement date of the conference.
