Arrival: Arrive at Nha Trang Airport by 5:00 PM. Transfers to Venue Hotel Nha Trang will be provided.
6:30 PM: Welcome Drink – Meet your fellow participants and enjoy a welcome drink.
7:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant. A delicious welcome dinner will be served.
Sunday 24th May 2026: Rest and Relaxation Day
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Optional Morning Walk – Take a refreshing walk along the beach or through the nearby scenic areas of Nha Trang.
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Free time to relax and explore the area or enjoy the hotel’s amenities.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch at the hotel.

2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Continue the session with practical examples of play-based learning and sharing ideas on how to implement play in your centre or classroom.

9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Session 2: Developmental Milestones – Understanding developmental milestones and how they relate to creating an environment that supports growth. Also, we will discuss fostering creativity as early childhood professionals.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch at the hotel.
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Session 3: Implementing Play-Based Experiences – Learn how to integrate play-based experiences to support children's development. Educators will also work on creating their own play-based experiences for their classroom.

Wednesday 27th May 2026: City and Ba Ho Waterfall Tour
