What Centre Managers and Teams Will Learn:Centre Managers and their teams will receive consistent, practical, and expert guidance each week to strengthen their understanding and implementation of the National Quality Framework across all seven Quality Areas. Through tailored weekly tasks, they will learn how to meet and exceed each Element, with real-world examples and achievable steps. Managers will develop skills in coaching, leadership, compliance, documentation, team building, and effective communication, while educators will be supported in areas such as curriculum planning, inclusive practices, embedding Indigenous culture, and understanding developmental theories. From enhancing daily routines and health and safety practices to strengthening relationships with families and communities, the VIP Membership ensures teams are well-equipped, confident, and inspired to provide high-quality care and education. Together, services will build a strong foundation for ongoing improvement, school readiness, and positive outcomes for every child.
